Terms & Conditions

  1. Deposits must be paid before a reservation will be held. Balance is due eight weeks before arrival.
  2. Rental times are from 4:00pm on the day of arrival until 10:00am on the day of departure.
  3. Access may be required during your stay by authorized personnel for maintenance.
  4. Although every effort is made to ensure the property is in perfect condition for the duration of your stay, we can not accept responsibility for any third party claims, accidents, damage or loss however caused. Loyalty acts a booking agent only for the owner. Specifications subject to change. Garages not always available.
  5. You must absolutely ensure that children are not left on their own, at anytime, in the accommodation. Neither are they to be allowed access to the pool or whirlpool unless accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. Keep the patio doors locked if unsure.
  6. All breakages, accidents or losses are to be reported to the Management Company immediately.
  7. For your comfort the property is a Non-Smoking property. Smoking is allowed on the patio.
  8. Swimming pools are provided free of charge only pool heating is charged for and will be refunded pro/rata if there is a problem with the heater. Pool heaters have electrical / mechanical components. These components can sometimes malfunction. Loyalty Homes , its vendors and the Homeowner canot be held responsible for any malfunctioning heater. Please inform us as soon as possible if your pool/jacuzzi is not working properly. Loyalty Homes will do everything in its power to rectify any problems with malfunctioning equipment as quickly as possible.
  9. If paying by credit card, I agree to the terms on the “Credit Card Payment” Form.
  10. Only guests listed on the booking form are authorized to stay in this home. I understand that my booking may be terminated, or I will be charged $100 per extra person up to the legal limit of the home.
  11. Pets are STRICTLY not allowed unless specified. Reservation will be terminated if pets are found on any of our properties without  any refunds unless authorized. $200 will be charged for required extra clean up services.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS BY YOU: If you are compelled to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 8 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of $200.00, 6 – 8 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 4 – 6 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 75%, 0 – 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. AMENDMENTS TO ANY RESERVATION WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $30.00.

CANCELLATION BY LOYALTY, INC: In the event of circumstances beyond our control requiring us to cancel a reservation, i.e. including Acts of God, civil disturbances, riots, flood, drought, fire and legislation, only repayment in full of any monies paid in respect of the reservation will be made. We will do everything in our power to find suitable alternative accommodations, however, we can not accept liability whatsoever in respect to any loss or damage sustained by the hirer in these circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
